Professor at the Universities of Orsay, Brazzaville, Kinshasa and Montpellier. Biologist, botanist, researcher  of tree architecture. Author of numerous botanical essays, the film Il était une forét and the comic The End were dedicated to him.
FRANCIS HALLÉ
Past Chair of the London Trees Officers Association, arborist, landscape designer and disseminator of international renown. In addition to the many articles and conference reports, in 2017 he was awarded the title "European Young Urban Forester of the Year", in 2018 he participated in the TedX program with the talk "Why trees are better than people".
JOHN PARKER
Coordinator of the Agriculture Department of Oklahoma Forestry Services, he works actively in the Oklahoma City Memorial Foundation and, in particular, in the preservation of the surviving elm of the 1995 terrorist attack, a symbol of survival for the local community.
MARK BAYS

Expert in Literary Ecology, he debuted with the novel Savana Padana, translated into a play at the Stabile del Veneto. Among his works we cite La pelle dell’orso, which became a film with Marco Paolini, Apri gli occhi, Dove porta la neve, L’anima della frontiera and L’ultima patria and La terra promessa.

MATTEO RIGHETTO

An internationally renowned writer, an expert in economic and social history, he is the author of Requiem per un albero. Resoconto dal Nord Est, La via di Schenèr. Un'esplorazione storica nelle alpi and Storia di alberi e della loro terra.

MATTEO MELCHIORRE

March 19th

Official of the State Forestry Corp until 2016, he is currently head of the Mipaaft Forest Directorate General, where she coordinates the activities of protection of monumental trees, and a delegate member of the National Committee for the Development of Public Greens.
ANGELA FARINA
Qualified arborist, he graduated in Arboriculture and Urban Forestry. He led the development of the English standards "BS 8545: 2014 Trees: from nursery to independence in the landscape". He is past-president of the English Arboricultural Association.
KEITH SACRE

Agronomist and arborist, expert on tree morpho-physiology, management of the historic parks  and of monumental trees. Holder of important certifications, part of his commitment is dedicated to the dissemination of the protection of trees of historical importance.

GIOVANNI MORELLI

Arborist and dendrologist, co-founder of the Polish Tree Institute. Forestry doctor at the Bialowieza National Park, he is editor and author of numerous articles and books on the management and conservation of veteran trees and old woods.
